Position: Software Developer
Location: Phnom Penh requires traveling (Thailand, Lao).
Number of Hiring: 4 (1 Senior, and 3 Junior).

• Implement and customize system follow by company needs
• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
• Prepare and produce releases of software components
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
• Document support, Manual and training to end user
• Report direct to IT Manager

• Bachelor degree in IT field
• 3 + years of Java/J2EE development experience including: WebSphere, Eclipse (Build: Maven 3), Web Services(TomCat), XML, XSLT
• 2 + years of general web development experience including :JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Three years of experience using relational databases including: PostGreSQL, SQLserver, Oracle
• Other language skill are preferred
• Ability to gain working knowledge of Windows environment and knowledge of source control systems such as SVN
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced team environment
• Ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience
• Any Quoting experience in a Financial or Insurance industry is going to be a plus
