Bachelor degree of social work, law
-
At least 3 years social work experience relating filed with NGOs.

Computer literacy in MS Word and Excel.

Good report writing skills

Excellent communication skills and fluency in Khmer (including strong writing skills)

Proficiency in English considered very beneficial
-
Good motivation; ability to work on a team

Job Duties :
|
|
|
-
Good communication with Institutions that rescue at risk children and vulnerable children in the communities and other places that rehabilitate and provide vocational skills for them.
-
Review all forms that are used for obtaining information.
-
Prepare daily work plan, monthly, quarterly, semester and annual work plan to respond to the project.
-
Contact authorities and make a family assessment for all the clients’ families who have stayed and who have been getting training at the shelter.
-
Contact with school Director or teacher to follow up client’s education progress in shelter or community.
-
Cooperate with shelter Manager or Counselor to heal between clients their families
-
Contact companies and job placement for clients who have rehabilitated and have finished their skill
-
Prepare schedule to refer clients to visit their family follow shelter policy
-
Market survey in and out province for selling client’s products in Shelter
-
Reintegrate clients into community or working in factories or other institutions.
-
Continue to follow up all clients who have been reintegrated.
-
Create new ideas for helping clients and CCPCR for future development at the shelter.
-
Maintain client (and family) confidentiality at all times.
