As a part of our fast growth plan, we are now recruiting several qualified staff for the following vacancies:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Social Sciences, Economics, or any related fields
• Minimum Experience at least three in related field
• Excellent knowledge of Khmer culture and customs
• Reading / writing proficiency in both English and Khmer language
• Excellent computer skills with highly analytical, and can work very well with Excel
• Good Interpersonal Skills

• Lead development of Maxima’s long-term social performance strategies and company-wide social performance policy, including standards for employee conduct and client protection;
• Work to continually improve the staff’s SPM awareness and strengthen staff capacity Design, develop, and implement SPM orientation courses for new staff and periodic workshops for existing staff;
• Gather and disseminate SPM best practices / learning materials that improve Maxima’s social performance;
• Ensure that Maxima staff are updated on changes to SPM strategy and current SPM activities;
• Collect and analyze company / client / industry data to promote firm transparency and measure social performance improvement;
• Develop and conduct an annual social performance assessment, and prepare a social performance report card for publication and dissemination;
• Continually monitor developments in the social performance field and consult with external actors (e.g., regional / global SPM initiatives) to stay current on SPM measurement tools Update Maxima policy and procedures as necessary;
• Assist in developing corporate communications related to social performance for external parties, including clients, the public, investors, government organizations / representatives, and other groups;
• Attend meetings, workshops, and other activities related to social performance;
• Assist in the development of partnerships related to social performance, including potential sources of funding for SPM activities, and build relationships with others in the field;
• Other SPMS tasks as may assign by CEO.
