Borey Vimean Phnom Penh, under Ly Hour Group, is a well-known company focusing on residential building construction since October 2011 and has been building different types of houses such as Single Villa, Twin Villa, Link House, and flat.

•  Bachelor Degree on Engineering or Architect
•  2 or 3 years experiences in construction site inspection
•  Strong construction knowledge and ability to control the quality cost and technical work
•  Be able to calculate structural with useful application (Auto CAD 2D &3D or Robot structure analysis and Microsoft Office)
•  Be able to calculate specification material and check the quality of work.
•  Be honestly and hard working
•  Can find fact with the problem and raise the solution it
•  Able to work independent and start work by yourself
•  Willing to work hard and be flexible on timings

•  Assist Site Inspector Manager on technical work
•  Assist in site inspection quality work
•  Site inspection on safety 
•  Site preparation Inspection 
•  Repair work Inspection 
•  Site inspection on material 
•  Instruct to the worker when they have the technical problem
•  Site inspection on progress of construction
•  Coordinate with teamwork such as Main contract, Sub Contractor and lead them to do the right work according to the specification of company
•  Assist to file Office document and do report daily and monthly
•  Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
