Borey Vimean Phnom Penh, under Ly Hour Group, is a well-known company focusing on residential building construction since October 2011 and has been building different types of houses such as Single Villa, Twin Villa, Link House, and flat.

•  Obtained Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering.
•  At least 2 year experiences of site engineering supervisor in the construction sector. 
•  Be able to use AutoCad 2D, 3ds Max, and SketchUp.
•  Be proficient in English.
•  Be honest, responsible, flexible, independent, and able to work under pressure.

•  Manage and push up progress of construction work;
•  Monitor the construction schedules to be done on plan
•  Check the construction progress and quality of construction;
•  Ensure that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
•  Give advice and check technical work with subordinates;
•  Ensure that work is done safely within plan and to the right quality of standards;
•  Monitor progress, oversee delivery of materials and carry out safety checks and sort out any problems which could hold up work as they arise.
•  Keep in close contact with members of their site team at all times, and liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors and planners. Other tasks as assigned by Management.
