3. Site Engineering (1post) (Dough Real Estate)

• Degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, QS…
• Experience in site WORK – Roofing experience as well as WORKING ON projects related to steel structures would be a plus.
• Must be fluent in English (Speaking and writing)
• Previous experiences as a project & site manager and related to construction project be a plus.
• Work at project site and be permanently stationed at the project site during the project schedule, when requested by the management team
• Attend meetings and REPORT to the management team with minute of the meeting report
• Provide daily and weekly report to the management team.
• To be a have a positive attitude, team player and able to handle multi task
• To have strong social skills and MANAGE team and staff when required
• Must be honest, healthy and able to face challenges

• Provide MANAGEMENT support to the MANAGEMENT team.
• Working closely with international and local design consultants, design engineers, architects, contractors and project owners at a technical level with direct reports to the management team to ensure that they are provided with effective support.
• Monitor and supervise the construction WORKS to ensure quality in line with technical specifications of contract documents.
• Ensure proper documentation in the field
• Assist in the approval of the contractor’s key supervising personnel, construction program, land to be occupied by the contractor, materials and sources of materials
• Approve the setting out of works.
• Control and evaluated the works, carry out selective field monitoring and updating of the progress of projects as the contractors implemented.
