Borey Vimean Phnom Penh, under Ly Hour Group, is a well-known company focusing on residential building construction since October 2011 and has been building different types of houses such as Single Villa, Twin Villa, Link House, and flat.

•  Obtained Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering.
•  At least 2 year experiences in the construction sector.
•  Be able to use AutoCad 2D, 3ds Max, and SketchUp.
•  Be proficient in English.
•  Be honest, responsible, flexible, independent, and able to work under pressure.

•  Assist to manage and push up progress of construction work;
•  Monitor the construction schedules;
•  Check the construction progress and quality of construction;
•  Ensure that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
•  Give advice and check technical work with sub-contractors and team members such as technician and workers;
•  Oversee quality control, health and safety matter on site;
•  Coordinate with sub-contractors regarding any issues or any problem that may occur;
•  Check and control construction materials;
•  Other tasks as assigned by Management.
