• Degree qualified: Engineer or Architect.
• Understanding the detail drawings and process of construction: Architecture, interior structure and MEP.
• Knowledge of using international building code.
• Knowledge to use MS office in relating field.
• Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work. 
• Good in practical organize documents, planning and scheduling.
• Be able to provide both summarized and detailed reports, on current activities
• Able to report work and technical documents in English.
• Good communication and negotiation skill.

Qualifications:

• Min experience 5 years in buildings design and construction of residential, commercial buildings.
• Advance Excel data sheet, Ms projects.
• Knowledge of construction project management

• Prepare and check working schedule for the construction according to the efficiency construction and quality.
• Checking the progress quantity comparing to the claim from the contractor.
• Checking quantity survey document and follow up the work on site and check the quality, materials.
• Liaise with the consultant contractor and owner make sure the project smoothly done.
• To check daily, weekly, monthly work in progress and prepare the report. 
• Follow up the shop drawings, materials submittal
• Prepare and reply and require information from the contractor
• Coordinate for the as built and technical specification for owner after construction. 
• Able to self-manage own work/ Team with high degree efficiency.
• Liaise with the consultant contractor and owner make sure the project smoothly done.
