•  Degree holder with 1 year working experience in related industry. 
•  Complex analytical, problem solving & decision making skill
•  Strategic planning & organizing skill
•  Influential communication & presentation skill. 

•  Site administrators need to monitor and evaluate technical plans and must have the knowledge to interpret construction methods and technologies
•  Assists in planning and arranging events, including organizing catering
•  Creates agendas and takes meeting notes
•  Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
•  Follow up project schedule 
•  Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
•  Other task assign by Construction Manager
