INTHANOU is a local NGO who runs an anonymous and confidential phone counseling service since mid 2000. INTHANOU hotline provides information and counseling on HIV/AIDS, STIs and Sexual Reproductive Health through mobile phone. The hotline service is available from 8 am to 8 pm from Monday to Friday. 

Since mid 2012, UNFPA supports the hotline INTHANOU to reach most at risk and vulnerable young people who are hard to reach by outreach program. Year 2015 is the end year of the fourth country agenda of UNFPA (2011-2015), thus INTHANOU would like to develop the summary achievement end project report of the hotline under co-sharing fund from UNFPA. For this purpose, INTHANOU is looking for a competent person to perform this assignment.

Objective 
To report on the 5 years activity under the contribution support from UNFPA, the document should present:

• The analysis of key hotline's achievements
• The major issues concerning the Sexual Reproductive Health and Right of young people
• The main problems faced by most at risk young people
• The lessons learnt and some good case-studies of hotline
• The important role of hotline’s intervention for young people

• Have medical background and work experiences on the Sexual Reproductive Health or similar
• Have experiences on the development of end project report, or any analysis report or any publication related to Sexual Reproductive Health or similar area
• Have experiences on data analysis and interpretation in the Cambodian situation
• Well understand about hotline activity and process
• Have good writing skills in English and Khmer

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and present in the report the trend of hotline results in the period from 2012 to 2015, targeting young people (including number and percentage of new young callers)
• Identify the main issues concerning the target young people on Sexual Reproductive Health and Right , life skill , pregnancy , abortion and Sexual Transmission Disease and HIV …etc
• Identify the key achievements and the effectiveness of the hotline’s intervention
• Task and Responsibilities:
• Analyze on socio demographic of young callers
• Develop the report as an analysis paper with all the topics mentioned above

Content :

• Number of pages : 02 sets (10 pages maximum per set) , in English and Khmer (Unicode font 12)
• Content : The text with key information included trend of young callers, number of new young callers, percentage of young callers disaggregated by aged , gender, marriage, occupation , by issues concerned
• Illustration: with chart and some photos
• Design: in attractive layout and easy to read
• Target reader : Donors, partners
