• 5 years technical bias course
• 1-2 years experience in management/supervisory role, preferably high speed manufacturing
• Good written and spoken English
• Able to coordinate a team to operate and maintain the process equipment
• Able to work shifts
• Self motivated team player

• Lead and supervise the team to achieve manufacturing targets. 
• Maintain productivity by coordinating / controlling the resources;
• Ensure tasks have been completed and recorded on a shift basis i.e. daily PM&R, housekeeping, spoilage, material usage by the Team Members;
• Ensure Environment, Health & Safety and HACCP procedures are followed by the Team Members.
• Maintain a good standard of housekeeping within the Department.
