Friends-International is a social enterprise that works with marginalized urban children and youth, their families and communities, to help them become independent and productive citizens of their country.
Friends-International (FI) started Kaliyan Mith Siem Reap program in 2005. Kaliyan Mith provides a holistic social reintegration service that includes Outreach, Drop-In Centers, Educational Center and school reintegration, Vocational Training and employment for youth and parents.

You will be joining the multi-disciplinary team of Friends-International comprised of over 500 professionals committed to achieving best quality and innovative holistic service for youth, children and families worldwide.

What will you do?
As a Service Teacher you will need to responsible for the daily oversight and running and supervising the restaurant and also providing the training to all Marum restaurant students
This includes managing the student and training activities, ensure that all students aware the service sequences to the international standards and the highest quality.

• About you
• You are an independent and dynamic staff, passionate about social business and hospitality who is able to work in close relationship with other teams and organizations
• You have a strong commitment to quality and positive results for the marginalized population
• You have strong interest in social work programs and/or working with marginalized youth
• You have experienced of the hospitality or any related to the position
• You are fluent in Khmer and English with both written and spoken
• You know your way around computers is also a plus
• You will be our full time employee, based in Siem Reap
• Salary and benefits will be commensurate with qualifications and experiences

• Responsibilities to Support
• Provide excellent service to customers.
• Supervise and train the vocational training students
• Ensure all students are safety.
• Ensure dining room is clean and properly set
• Ensure all students are present, properly dressed, and groomed
• Deliver food and beverages to guests, deliver the bill and to take payment and return change/credit cards and receipts
• Catering Operations
• Monitor catering orders; ensure on-time preparation and delivery
