KOFi Group is the leading distribution company of Espresso Coffee and Espresso machines in Cambodia; We have vision to be the number No.01 in Coffee Industry in Cambodia. 
Majority of these machines and products are exclusively imported from Italy, other European countries and USA.

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor Degree in related field
• (3) years’ experience in after sale service
• Technical background knowledge is preferable
• Ms. Office skills, communication and negotiation skills.

Job Duties :

• Solve all kind of customer issues 
• Analyze the resource needed for service operation 
• Monitor and manage customer master list
• Ensure the customer payment receive timely after service completing for the customer
• Work closely with technical supervisor to service operation 
• Work closely with related departments to solve all cross-function issues
• Control staff working quality and their development skill
• Provide monthly service report to service manager 
• Motor standby machine movement 
• Solve all kind of standby machine issue
• Ensure all standby machines are properly maintained and replace PM kit timely 
• Provide monthly standby machine report to service manager
• Do offer tasks assigned by superior.
