• Customer master list management
• Schedule monthly checkup customer to supervisor
• Ensure all checkup customers are provided with standard service by month
• Escalate serious case to related departments to solve
• Schedule PM kits replacement, checkup service, BWT replacement and boiler cleaning for annual service contract customer
• Alert renewal annual service agreement with the customer
• Monitor under warranty and out of warranty customer
• Keep track closely on warranty customers for their warranty claim
• Conduct customer survey on service and product via phone call, email or in person
• Provide monthly service report to service support supervisor
• Other duties assigned by service supervisor or service manager.
