Minebea’s operations cover 59 manufacturing centers with 52 sales offices in many countries around the world by employing more than 97,184 employees in 16 countries. 
Minebea is expanding electronic components assembly line in Phnom Penh in April 2011 which located at Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (PPSEZ) National Road No. 4, Sangkat Phleung Chhes Rotes, Khan Posenchey, Phnom Penh. 

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Science 
•Good in English communication
•Computer skill Ms. Office and some design program ( Excel, power point and Photoshop )
•Able to go for oversea training. 

•Follow up all assignment from supervisor and management
•Develop training curriculums to improve the performance
•Set up and plan the training event 
•Prepare budget for training project and/or activity.
•Support any additional events or extra activities both inside and outside the organization.
•Report the result to the superordinate.
•Responsible with role
•Can analysis data, Researching, Good reporter, Good presentation.
•Experience as teacher or trainer especially love trainer skill (មានគុរុកុសល្យ )
