First Finance Plc, a joint venture established between First Home Plc, Singapore-based Phillip Capital, and Luxembourg-based Insitor Fund SCA,  is the first and only finance company in Cambodia specializing in house financing for low-medium income Cambodian households.  As the company is growing, we are now seeking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Training area.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Good command in English both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Honest and reliable.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Delivering/overseeing the delivery of training to individuals or groups of employees;
• Implementing, advising about and monitoring appraisal schemes;
• Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programs or schemes;
• Conduct Training Needs Survey and Training Needs Analysis;
• Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires;
• Conduct or arrange for ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff members;
• Liaise with external trainers for specific training required by the company;
• Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials;
• Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops;
• Review and evaluate training and apprenticeship programs for compliance with government standards;
