•  BBA in accounting & finance or related major or MBA is prefer
•  3 years experiences in tax accounting and especially experience working with tax auditors
•  Certificate of Tax Agent is preferred
•  Financial accounting knowledge as well as tax accounting
•  Good knowledge of Cambodian Tax laws, especially Transfer Pricing and Double Tax Agreement
•  Deferred tax understanding
•  Experience to work with Tax Auditors, Ministry of Commerce, City Hall and other related authorities.
•  Negotiation, Writing, and Reporting skill
•  High Integrity, commitment, detail oriented, accuracy, willing to learn and open-minded.

•  Prepare Monthly Tax Returns / Declarations and make Tax Payments
•  Prepare Annual Tax Returns/Declarations for submission to GDT and ensure submitted on time.
•  Keep up to date with Tax Prakas/Regulations and communicate to Finance Teams and Management as appropriate.
•  Work with Ministry of Commerce (MOC) and comply with MOC Regulations
•  Ensure all Tax Returns/Declarations are submitted correctly and on time
•  Work with Tax Auditors on answering questions and resolving Tax Audit issues and closing out Tax Audits
•  Provide feedback to Finance to address any posting errors .etc
•  Discuss and agree Month End and Year End Tax Accounting entries with Finance Team and External Auditors
•  Work with Finance Teams to ensure Expense analysis provided supports Tax requirements as well as Finance requirements and carry out any additional analysis as required.
•  Perform other tasks required by the tax manager
