DFI LUCKY PRIVATE LIMITED is an enterprise created to incorporate its branded chain of subsidiaries including supermarket, fast-food restaurant, coffee bar, ice cream bar, and health and beauty store. With business expansion and growth, our company has been operating one more subsidiary which is named as Guardian and focusing on Health beauty and pharmaceutical products. Thus, we are now seeking for qualified candidates to fulfill a position as follow:

•  Bachelor Degree of IT
•  2 years' experience
•  Good English (Speaking, Listening, and Writing)
•  Honestly, initiative, Flexibility, strong commitment and strong interpersonal skill

•  Monitors service delivery performance metrics and liaises with managers and customers to ensure that service level agreements are not breached.
•  Handles problem isolation and issue resolution for complex applications.
•  Carries out agreed maintenance tasks
•  Works closely with other teams such as developers and technical engineers for the resolution of identified issues.
•  Monitors application performance, obtains performance statistics and alert teams to make recommendations for improvement, and/or defines enhancement request for the application's performance improvement.
•  Mentors and develops junior Service Analyst
•  Report to Head of IT Service, IT Director and CEO
