Red Sea Trading (Cambodia) PTE.,Ltd is sub company of Khemarak Capital Limited which is advertised and sold all kind of beverage products in Cambodia. Currently We are seeking a potential candidate for fill up the below position:

•  Degree holder in sales and marketing or related field.
•  Minimum 3-5 years of experience in selling beverage or Sprayway products.
•  Excellent knowledge and experience in sales and marketing.
•  Highly effective, result oriented and able to work under high pressure.
•  A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•  Knowledge of Microsoft office suite application.
•  Excellent in writing and speaking English, knowledge of other Asian languages is an advantage.
•  Able to travel and station in upcountry.

•  Able to commit strong growth and achievement target for sales.
•  Effective planning, implementing, and controlling on sales promotion.
•  Organize the promotion plan and the supporting materials to the sales team for proper implementation.
•  Follow up and monitor the work procedure and performance of the sales team.
•  Provide training and coaching to the sales team on site to increase productivity.
•  Develop and maintain rapport relationship with the customers and teams.
