We are now seeking qualified candidates fill following position as below:

• Bachelor degree of Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineer field or other relevant documents.
• Bachelor degree of marketing skill is appreciated.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience as pre-sales engineer or technical consultant in projects.
• Have general commercial and technical knowledge about the MEP products.
• Good interpersonal skills, high profile presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to negotiate with key decision makers both locals and foreigners.
• Good knowledge of MS. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), MS. Project, Internet and Email.
• Creative, responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure in order to meet tight schedule.
• Be able to work with flexible hours when required by management team.
• Willingness to learn new things for self-development.

• SALARY: Salary will be competitive on market, plus 13^th month of salary, 24 hours for personal accident insurance, high commission, annual trip/party and other benefits.

• To report about project process to Sales Department Manager.
• To Prospect projects and follow up the new and existing clients.
• To develop and raise KDN brand awareness.
• To update on a frequent about projects progress and about market situation (market evolution, opportunities and threat, competitor position).
• To arrange appointment both client and the company for negotiating about tender, contract terms and conditions.
• To conduct analysis about the customers’ needs.
• To maintain and increase both sales volume and pricing to achieve yearly margin.
• To conduct the marketing plan & strategies and budget plan.
• Other tasks assigned by director.
