• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Rural Development or related fields;
• Have at least 2 to 3 years of research assignment experience, preferably in microfinance industry;
• Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods, data analysis and interpretation of results.
• Be high proficiency in English: listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
• Knowledge of MS office, MS Outlook, SPSS
• Have a good interpersonal and communication skill, team work, independent, and result-oriented;
• Be good writing policy and procedure, guideline, and instruction;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and complexities as per a number of different projects will be implemented at the same time;
• Ability to work without supervision;
• Ability to use initiative, prioritize, multi-task, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
• Be a Cambodia citizen and have a good background,
• Be high integrity, accountability, and commitment, and strongly passion towards with the poor and social mission;
• Be respectful and demonstrate sound professional ethic.
• Be willing to travel to other branches and provinces when required.

• Propose research projects through cooperation with relevant department / stakeholders to determine research needs and come up with concrete annual plan of action, budget estimation, and logistics and stationary required.
• Come up with concrete research proposal, Conduct data collection include recruit and forming a research team, provide orientation and training to the team, coordinate field work, perform data quality check, and monitoring the progress.
• Develop data entry and analysis spreadsheet in both Ms. Excel and PSS programs, input and analyze data, and come up the research report, present the key findings, coordinate with relevant departments to come up with plan for improvements and regularly monitor the progress.
• Handle a wide range of research projects as required, industry and economic analysis, and other feasibility studies relevant to new product development, or product refinement.
• Facilitated with stakeholders of the projects related to field/ branch visit, budget monitoring, etc. response to enquiries from managers and relevant external bodies related to economic, financial, statistical and scientific data in the organization and in the sector.
• Develop and refine policies, procedures, guidelines, and instructions that are need within the research framework such as quantitative survey, focus group discussion, ethnographic, etc.
• Providing technical support to branches relate to data collection and data entry of PPI and sharing of the information such as competitive information, etc.
