• Implement the hiring budget by analyzing the actual need of staff hiring requests against approved budget for Divisions and Capital Branches.
• Identify vacancies and short-list applications for Junior Management level.
• Facilitating in standard hiring, ad hoc hiring and Chinese spoken applicants.
• Conduct interviews of the selected applicants confirmed by Dep’t/Branch.
• In charge to process staff hiring request from Phnom Penh branches.
• Arrange and update competency Entrance test questions where necessary.
• Perform reference check of the selected applicants from JG2 and above.
• Coordinate in career fair organization and job competition programs.
• Prepare monthly hiring update report.
• Perform as interviewer in the recruitment process
• Participates in selection pool can speak Chinese with Chinese school.
• Act as a key contact point, giving advice and support to managers and staff on conditions of employment.
• Providing general administrative support such as preparing reports, arranging meetings, composing regular correspondence, processing confidential reports and documents, tracking deadlines, and taking down minutes as needed.
• Prepare source documentation needed for new hires, or effective changes in status, or decision of senior or top management.
• Under supervision of the department head; responding to and putting through various queries from managers and employees, and from other agencies or departments.
• Interpreting, assisting and consulting employees and managers regarding cooperative agreement applications, HR procedures and policies within the specified guidelines.
• Keep up to date of current issues and matters in the organization related to HR department.
• Cooperates in maintenance of employee directory and company organization charts.
• Prepares monthly recruitment report and tracking of the request outstanding
• Cover duty of other staff as assigned.
• Contribute to the achievement of the Bank objectives and goals by efficiently accomplish individual KPI.
