South East Asia Telecom (Cambodia) Co, Ltd (SEATEL Cambodia), founded in 2014, the subsidiary of SEATELGroup in Cambodia, is a comprehensive telecommunication operator whose business includes mobile telecommunication and Internet services. 

• Bachelor’s degree required with minimum 3 - 5 years of digital content & services experience or equivalent.
• Focus on OTT & IoT service industry with the ability to partner and coordinate with technology resources. 
• Experience in project management

Strategic plan development
• Assist in digital content product and service roadmap development and business model development
• Support product and service launch and strategy development for target market segments to increase penetration/grow share/increase brand recognition/etc.
• Contribute to sales strategy development
• Link business unit strategies to corporate to-market strategies
• Help facilitate annual to-market strategic planning with internal teams
• Build data-based business cases for change and ensure information is widely consumable

Coordination
• Create formal networks and drive collaboration with content & services and OTT partners including all functional stakeholders to successfully ensure strategies are well-informed
• Facilitate brainstorming and discussion sessions to identify themes, generate new strategic ideas and create prioritization
• Provide recommendations for strategy evolution based on research insights, macro and industry trends, competitive environment, and knowledge of the business
• Assist marketers in product road map and value proposition development
• Elicit, define, document, analyze, and communicate the requirements to-market projects to ensure on-time and quality delivery; including the establishment of clear project deliverables, roles, and responsibilities. 
• Lead tactical implementation against to-market strategies
• Coordinate with internal and external communication groups to develop marketing messages

Technical support
• Market research capabilities to drive strategic and tactical go-to market decision making
• Strategic direction development and implementation
• Project management and technical support and knowledge related to scope
• Metric development and measurement of Content & Services, OTT and IoT go-to-market strategies and tactics
