Minimum 2-year of experience in HR, recruitment and selection from financial industry or other related fields

Experiences in supervising team is a plus

Job Duties :
|
|
|

Cascade down the recruitment plan and follow up the implementation with all regional Recruitment Officers to take action to recruit
-
Manage the recruitment operations for Sales Division (BM and DBM) to recruit qualified staff in timely and effective manner
-
Build and keep good relationship with HPO, DHPO, BM and DBM for the smooth work in all areas
-
Build and keep good relationship with universities and colleges in the provinces in order to serve the recruitment purpose
-
Follow up the home visit and guarantee letters undergoing with recruitment officers for all new trainees so that they all have these required documents before attending the in class training
-
Properly keep the database of potential candidates and candidates' applications for future usage
-
Lead Regional Recruitment Officer to ensure recruitment quality
-
Support and coach all Recruitment Officers for any issues related to the regional recruitment so that they have enough ability to perform their job.
