Amret is now looking for a qualified and talented candidate to fulfill the following position:

  • Position Title: Senior Officer, Recruitment and Selection  
  • Report to: Manager, Recruitment and Selection
Job Requirement :
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, general management or equivalent;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Recruitment from financial industry or other international companies;
  • Computer literacy (MS. Office, PowerPoint, e-mail, etc.);
  • Good English proficiency, both written and spoken, knowledge;
  • Honesty, commitment, and patience;
  • Dynamics, friendliness, and good interpersonal skill; and
  • Willingness to travel to support business operations at provinces
Job Duties :
  • Manage the recruitment operations from Senior Officer positions to junior positions especially in some main departments such as IT, Risk, Finance, and HR Departments and some managerial roles, which is assigned by manager, in timely and effective manner;
  • Build qualified candidate pools and expecially execute the head hunting for garthering potential candidates in a very professional manner;
  • Manage the application and perform screening interview and make recommendation for shortlisting in order to get the right candidates for the roles;
  • Build good relationship and give constructive feedbacks to all related stakeholders in order to ensure the recruitment outcomes are satisfied;
  • Execute the SLAs (Service Level Agreeement) set to ensure stakeholders satisfaction and customer service experiences following sense of urgency and business operations;
  • Perform regular follow up with both new staff and line managers to ensure that all related issues during training and probationary period (<= Senior Officer role) have been addressed properly by HR or Line Managers or related parties; and
  • Collect all related documents in compliance with Recruitment Policy.
