• Cambodian citizen
• 2-3 years experience in payroll calculation or HRIS management experience;
• Number sensitive and proficient in using Excel to build various kind of reports;
• Good command in English;
• Confident, self-motivated and work under pressure;
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skill;
• Proactive and hard working.
• Candidate will lesser experience will be considered as Officer

• Ensure on time preparation of monthly payroll and delivery of salaries, benefits of existing and resigned staff;
• Administer the benefits payout with related statutory bodies such as NSSF, taxation, union fee and etc;
• Compile regular and periodic reports and analysis on attendance, leave, salary, benefits and raise observations or  recommendations to the factory management on the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, procedures and workflows;
• Ensure data accuracy and comprehensiveness of the HR payroll system and follow up all system changes request with Hong Kong HR and IT department;
• Support the salary benchmarking, salary and benefit budget and regular pay review
• Assist to promote and communicate  the compensation and benefit package to the employee when required and necessary;
• Assist to set up and manage the compensation projects for the entire organization;
• Participate as the team member in other ad-hoc projects and initiatives
