•  Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field
•  Minimum 2 years experiences in implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices, including: Firewalls, Router, Switches and Network Monitoring Application
•  Dealing and troubleshooting with carrier about circuit issues
•  Network security, performance & capacity planning
•  Knowledgeable in IP Planning, Internet, networking technologies, routing and switching protocols, security access level and Proxy
•  Hands on technical experience working with VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL VPN, ...)
•  CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification preferred
•  Fluent in written and spoken English.

•  Supports Amret’s LAN and WAN services ensuring conformance to agreed SLAs;
•  Coordinates and implement network security measures to protect company’s data and assets;
•  Monitors network performance and to proactively address potential issues on integrity, security and availability;
•  Automates network services event handling proactively addressing potential issues on integrity, security and availability;
•  Perform Capacity, Disaster Recovery & Business continuity planning and be responsible for the technology side related activities;
•  Works directly with vendors on new hardware and software evaluations and implementations compiling proposals and Proof of Concept documents;
•  Conducts network security audits and reviews and take related corrective actions; and
•  Monitors network availability KPIs and report on exceptions initiatin corrective actions.
