Amret is now looking for a qualified and talented candidate to fulfill the following position:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer
• Science or any related fields;
•  Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in administering and supporting Cisco, Checkpoint, Watchguard based mission critical wide and local networks;
•  Experience in dealing with and troubleshooting
• Telecomm carrier circuit issues;
•  Knowledgeable in IP routing, Internet and networking technologies, NAT, routing protocols, and network security, Firewalls, Proxies and VPNs;
•  Possess knowledge of network monitoring practices and tools, Voice Services, IP telephony technologies from
•  Cisco, Enterprise Consoles and Scheduling tools;
•  Network security, performance and capacity planning;
•  CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification preferred;
•  Fluency in English both written and spoken;
•  Willingness to travel to provinces.

•  Support Amret’s LAN and WAN services ensuring conformance to agreed SLAs;
•  Automate network services event handling proactively addressing potential issues on integrity, security and availability;
•  Monitor network performance and to proactively address potential bottlenecks;
•  Coordinate and implement network security measures to protect company’s data and assets;
•  Perform Capacity, Disaster Recovery & Business continuity planning and be responsible for the technology side related activities;
•  Work directly with vendors on new hardware and software evaluations and implementations compiling proposals and Proof of Concept documents;
•  Conduct network security audits and reviews and take related corrective actions;
•  Monitor network availability KPIs and report on exceptions initiating corrective actions.
