Amret is now looking for a qualified and talented candidate to fulfill the following position:

Job Requirement :
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business administration;
  •  Minimum two years of experience in HR policy development;
  •  Experiences in dealing with labor inspector or minstry of labour officer;
  •  Good analytical, initiative and creative thinking,
  •  Computer literacy (Microsoft office, internet, email);
  •  Good command of written and spoken English;
  •  Ability to successfully work individually or as an effective member of a team;
  •  Flexible, trustworthy, and positive attitude; and
  •  Willingness to travel to provinces.
Job Duties :
  • Design and review reward and personnel policies, manuals, processes, and working instruction (commercial incentive, promotion and staff mobility, insurance and medical care, termination, employee handbook, etc.) to response to the business needs and align with Cambodian Labor Laws and Regulations;
  •  Study labor law and regulations, updates and practices by other organizations, and propose appropriate actions to management to ensure compliance and efficiency;
  •  Follow up and work with related parties to ensure the compliance of personnel administration policies, procedures, and guidelines especially disciplinary action, code of conduct, and dismissal cases;
  •  Provide training on new compensation and benefits and personnel administration policies to all relevant staff for their understanding and effective implementation;
  •  Supervise and coach team members to ensure he/she is having enough capacity to perform the job effectively;
  •  Coordinate on salary survey project; and
  •  Control and follow up on labour inspector recommendation and action to be taken.
