Job Requirement :
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, general management or equivalent;
  •  At least 2 years’ experience of HR management;
  •  2 years’experience in operations in financial or banking industry;
  •  Knowledge in managing performance & development strategic planning & resources;
  •  Knowledge in rewards concepts and practices;
  •  Good analytical and creative thinking skill;
  •  Computer literacy (MS. Office, PowerPoint, e-mail, etc.);
  •  Good English proficiency, both written and spoken, knowledge;
  •  Honesty, commitment, and patience;
  •  Dynamics, friendliness, and good interpersonal skill; and
  •  Willingness to travel to support business operations at provinces.
Job Duties :
  • Performs local human resources reference through collecting information and analyzing staff’s issue, complaints, and staff’s enquiries to properly and timely respond according to human resources policies, procedures, and guideline and proposal to line manager and Head of Provincial Office/Head of Department;
  •  Conducts human resources policy dissemination and re-enforce the implementation to ensure the compliance and awareness to all staff;
  •  Involves in human resources process: recruitment, home visit, staff orientation, staff mobility/promotion, and transfer to ensure consistency, transparency, and fairness;
  •  Does exit interview with pre-resign and all resigned staff to collect actual main reasons of leaving for analysis and properly reported and proposal of action taking to Head of Provincial Office;
  •  Performs administrative task through follow up staff movements, staff to be completed probation, staff resign and terminate, and other related staff documents to timely and fully comply with human resources policies; and
  •  Collects, monitors, reviews, and analyzes personal development discussion result of staff with providing consultation to relevant stakeholders on time and effectiveness.
