• Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting or Management
• Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible experience for a major company
• Experience in preparing audit program, audit reports, and financial analysis
• Strong commitment to team’s management approach, including good managerial, and negotiation skill
• Ability of Company Analysis/Managerial accounting and cost management
• Effective verbal (English), Listening and Written Communication skill
• Dynamics, friendliness, flexible problem solving skill, and good interpersonal skill
• Hard working, loyalty and integrity
• Proficiency with Ms. Word, Excel and Power Point
• Good at Internal Training, Flexible and Fast Learner

• Performing Financial Audit and Advice
• Performing Operational Audit
• Performing IT Management and System Audit
• Performing Compliance Audit
• Performing Business Risk Analysis and Financial Performance
• Communicate with external legal firm, external audit and tax compliance
• Reviewing and monitoring on cross division/department standard operation procedures (SOP)
• Draft audit report for Internal Control Manager and GM
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management
