• Bachelor degree in computer science or related fields
• At least 3 years of relevant job description, PC maintenance, networking maintenance and advance system development
• Experience in CISCO product set-up and VM are product
• Effective written communication skill including the ability to prepare reports and proposals
• Have good relation, communication, positive attitude and teamwork
• Demonstrate sound work ethics and work commitment to deadline
• Good knowledge of English both speaking and writing

• Department : Information Technical
• Provide IT technical support including procedural documentation and related works
• Process employee’s requests for IT equipment complying with IT policies and company policies.
• Create and assign door-access card, security, attendance and entrance
• Monitor daily camera security, door security and PABX phone system
• Monitor daily IT request in Zoho-support system and activity of server processing, traffic networking and internet connection
• Monitor antivirus license, hosting expiration, domain expiration and data back-up
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards
• Learn the new technology-related software and hardware
• Prepare tutorial and set up guideline for some software
