• Degree holder with major in IT or relate field.
• Have knowledge about Switch, VLAN, DHCP, Firewall, Routing, and PABX.
• At least 2 years’ experience with service.
• Knowledge Microsoft Active Directory, DNS and policy 
• Knowledge relate to product Cisco Router, Switch and Mikrotik.
• Knowledge and experiences with CCTV and Wi-Fi.
• Ability to operate and communicate well with all levels of employees and superiors.
• Good problem solving skill.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
• Ability to work under high pressure and high responsibility.
• Good command of English.
• Can go to support onside branch and province.

• Manage, implement and support the day-to-day of an IT operational works in an assigned sector.
• Responsible for end-user’s computer issues and general IT technical supports.
• Weekly report to the line managers but must be immediately report if any critical issues found.
• Maintain and Troubleshooting mail, internet and camera.
• Maintain Computer hardware and software such as Servers, Printer, Finger Print, Network Devices and Utilities including Virus cleaning. 
• Coordinate and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Responsible for system backup and restore, devices to ensure those backed up files are able restorable.
• Responsible for network devices configuration within security methods.
• All authentication/authorization information must be in a secret way.
• Provide smoothly communication with IT team.
• Adapt with company environment and quick learn the new technologies.
• Other technical tasks will be assigned by Senior IT Supervisor.
