Introduction :

TrueMoney is a (mobile) payment provider in Cambodia that enables customers, who are typically "un-banked", to access financial services using their mobile phone or/and the TrueMoney agent network (Terminal POS). TrueMoney is building a network of TrueMoney agents, and strategic partners to provide a suite of financial payments services

Job Description :

1. KEY TASKS:

Senior HR Trainer play an important role in the company’s human resources department. They plan and administer programs to ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge to compete effectively and meet the organization's business objectives. Depending on the size and structure of the HR department, they may deliver training themselves or supervise a team of instructors.

Job Requirement :
  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
  •  2+ years of training and coaching experience, preferably in a managed multi factional environment
  •  Kind of sharing and open people 
  •  Initiative idea in training and developing program
  •  Kind of fast learner (basic understanding of all departments’ JD)
  •  Be flexible 
  •  Excellent in communication 
  •  Soft skill is required
Job Duties :
  • Coordinate training efforts with various cross-functional areas
  •  Develop and administer a universal training plans for all departments or teams
  •  Provide induction training courses to all new True Money partners, including its new staff
  •  Develop teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, slides and reference works
  •  Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and needs analyses and communicate results to appropriate management
  •  Evaluation training results, identify gaps in training and implement improvements in training programs
  •  To work effectively with colleagues, trainees and managers
  •  decision-making skills to assess training needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  •  Set an example to other employees by demonstrating a commitment to personal development.
  •  Discuss training requirements with departmental managers/heads and develop training programs to improve skills throughout the company
  •  To assess the workforce's current skill levels and compare them with the skills required to meet future business o objectives
  •  Review and recommend updates to policies and procedures 
  •  Ability and is willing to travel
  •  Other tasks assigned by HRM.
