•  Bachelor Degree in field of Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or other related fields;
•  At least 2 years’ experience relating to staff recruiting, employee relation, & HR compliance;
•  Good command of English both Speaking & Writing;
•  Good communication, problem solving and interpersonal skill;
•  Ability to work independently with less supervision;
•  Demonstrate good communications and presentation skills;
•  Knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law and HR best practice.

•  Perform daily HR rule and functions
•  Interpret info from office to the implement staff
•  Assist team to manage staff attendance
•  Assist team for staff performance appraisal and continually develop as necessary, ensuring that annual appraisals are carried out in a timely manner and followed up.
•  Ensure that the staff are informed and updated on key business and organizational issues;
•  Assist HRM & participate in various internal groups and committees across the organization;
•  Review and manage new starter and leaver processes, including conducting exit interviews for all staff.
