Job Requirement :
  • Sex/ Age/ Appearance/ Health: Heath in good condition
  • Experience: At least 02-03 years of experience as HR Generalist (Strong recruitment background is preffered)
  • Education & Profession: University Degree
  • Language: English: Intermediate in speaking, writing and listening
  • Computer Skill: MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Power Point, Email, Internet.

Job Duties :
  • OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
    • As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for implement excellent HR operation service all activities of HR-Admin in local Office. The position will report directly to HRM in Vietnam and indirectly report to Branch Manager in Cambodia
  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
    • Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
      • Recruitment
        • Responsible for whole recruitment procedure for office and projects to ensure all recruitment requisition will be met as plan;
        • Administering all recruitment activities: job description, job posting, screening and short listing applicants; arranging interview; participating in interviewing and selection process for projects of ITL
        • Develop and timely update talent pool, recruitment agencies to ensure all potential candidates could support timely for recruitment requisition.  
        • Build network by developing and maintaining long-term relationship with
          prestigious popular employment centers and local consultants.
        • Keeping up to date with current employment legislation and ensuring that departmental managers are effectively briefed on any relevant changes Follow up the Newcomer preparation procedure
        • Follow up the Newcomer preparation procedure
        • Conduct orientation presentation for Newcomer
      • C&B
        • Register employee’s finger print on Attendance machine
        • Approve the timesheet of Cambodia team on HRMS for C&B team at Head Office processing payroll
        • Monthly salary payment
        • Update and advise C&B team at HQ legal document related to Labor and PIT
        • Work w/ Tax Department all tasks related to PIT
        • Work w/ Social Security Office all task related to Social Security benefits of employees.
        • Process Labor contract signing
        • Employee profile filing.
        • Process employee resignation as procedure of Resignation.
        • Prepare all announcement related to Human Resources
        • Ensure to implement all processes of HR Dept. as well as all regulations of Company
        • Other jobs assigned by Supervisor.
      • Office Administration
        • Answer and transfer incoming calls in a professional manner (in English);
        • Receive & welcome clients and visitors;
        • Handle all incoming and out-going mails, couriers, keep track and record;
        • Schedule meeting rooms and monitor car usage (if any);
        • Book air tickets & accommodation.
        • Ensure facility and office upkeep and maintenance and sufficient supplies to provide good working conditions.
        • Be responsible and coordinate activities and events of the office.
        • Handle administrative work of projects.
        • Correspond with colleagues, business partners, external parties and guests.
        • Control administrative budgets.
        • Support Branch Manager to extent of Company Registration
        • Do payment of Utilities expenses (Phone, Electricity, Internet, ….)
  • WORKING RELATIONSHIP
    • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
    • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.

      • With supervisor/manager : HRBP Manager, HR Director, Office Manager/ Branch Manager, Line Managers
      • With staff : N/A
      • With relevant/cooperate departments: All Dept. in ITL Group.
