Job Requirement :
  • Qualifications and Essential /Desirable Skills
  •  Males or Females
  •  University Degree of BA in Business Administrative or Human Resource Management is preferable
  •  At least 2 years Experiences in HR Function plus M&E on Performance Appraisal experience is preferable
  •  Sound of knowledge in Cambodia Labour law
  •  Being proactively and flexibly, strong commitment with minimum supervision
  •  Ability to work effectively as a team member with colleagues and an across SMCD
  •  Have Interpersonal/Communication Skills
  •  Be honest, Work under pressure and willing to travel form one site to others
  •  Strong in Khmer/English Language
  •  Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Internet/Email is advantages
Job Duties :
  • M&E: Will coordinate in staff appraisal such as quarterly, probation, etc.
  •  Assist in policy making
  •  Assist in updating the staff appraisal forms
  •  Computerizing the result of staff appraisal
  •  Manage/follow up the appraisal schedule
  •  Participate in staff appraisal committee
  •  Assist in updating Organizational chart, JD, and Job Structure
  •  Effectively cooperate with IT to ensure the M&E database working properly
  •  Training and Development: Will coordinate in Training, Workshop, Seminar, evaluating the whole process of T&D.
  •  Assist in developing and updating T&D Policy, Procedure, Guideline…etc.
  •  Conduct Training Need Analysis and Develop Yearly Training Plan by coordinating with the concerned departments/sections
  •  Ensure timely roll-out of training programs as per training calendar
  •  Be responsible for T&D Database and Documenting and assessing training evaluation & program.
  •  Initiate and build Internal Trainer Pools and External Training Providers
  •  Announcing, coordinating & providing training on target setting Recruitment and Selection: Will support the whole process of recruitment and selection of managerial, non-managerial and worker/technician level.
  •  Assist in developing Recruitment and Selection Plan, Policy, and Procedure.
  •  Coordinate in testing, interviewing, probation evaluation
  •  Coordinate induction session for new arrival
  •  Logistic arrangement for new arrival
  •  Conduct SMCD Touring to new staff
  •  Support in building network of the best candidate source
  •  Effectively maintain the application both hard and soft copy
  • Others:
  •  Participating in Health and Safety at workplace/sites
  •  Participating in building employee relationship and communicate
  •  Participating in problems solving/staff conflict
  •  Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager.
