•  BBA or MBA in HRM, Business Administration or other related field
•  At least 2 to 3 years of experience on recruitment function with MFI or Bank
•  Good interpersonal skill, self-motivated and loyalty
•  Able to work under pressure
•  Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

•  Recruitment and selection
•  Design and develop the recruitment process
•  Search the market best practices in the recruitment 
•  Build good relationship with the recruitment channel and recruitment agencies
•  Keep track on staff work attendance
•  Conduct training relate with HR 
•  Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior
