• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource management or any related field
• At least 2 years of experience in HR administration or a related area. 
• Knowledge of human resource management
• Knowledge of labor law
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). 
• Pre-intermediate to Intermediate English proficiency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to work well individually and as a team
• Ability to work under pressure

• To work closely with Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training for registration new company, requisition the annual quota, work permit for expat, etc.
• To facilitate in visa extension of all expats.
• To provide the first level of support and advice to all staff members on all matters related to working conditions.
• To provide guidance to line manager on handling of disciplinary, grievance and any tasks related to performance issues.
• To conduct and analysis the exit interview report for management.
• To develop the annual family day budget plan and support in organizing the event.
•  Perform other duties as assigned.
