Job Mandate:

Responsible for coordinating the recruitment process and platform (Business Opportunity with Prudential) for LIC force from sourcing to certifying LICs. Also responsible for development and deployment of recruitment innovation to ensure quality recruits and seamless, systematic recruitment process.

Job Requirement :
  • A College degree in business administration majoring in marketing, or business related field.
  • A minimum of 2 year experience
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be tactful and articulate
  • Be analytical and methodical in your approach to problems
  • Be an excellent judge of character
  • Be motivated and results driven
  • Be able to act quickly and decisively
  • Have a good eye for detail
  • Have excellent organization skills
Job Duties :
  • Roles and Responsibilities
    • Assist manager to achieve recruitment target of LICs, UMTs and UMs
    • Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process within the LIC Channel from source to certification of the LICs.
    • Implement the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment sources. This include coordinating with recruitment partnership with potential institions for target recruitment of professional groups (Accounting and Finance professional, NGO workers, Professors and Lecturers, Lawyers.etc.)
    • Be able to conduct presentation or be an MC during events, including recruitment events.
    • Work with BDMs, UMs, and UMTs to understand their recruitment needs and goals and execute recruitment initiatives to support those needs and goals.
    • Coordinate design of and implement LIC career branding and branding communication.
    • Follow up on on-boarding documentation for LICs/UMTs/UMs.
    • Be vigilant on competitors’ recruitment activities
    • Perform other tasks that may be required

    • Due to the nature of this job, the incumbent will assist manager who is the representative of company. He/she therefore must:
