We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in travel business.
• Ambitious, enthusiastic creative and, good team player.
• Proficient verbal and written English is a must (Mandarin and/or Korean will be an advantage).
• Previous operational experience in tourism trade
• Able to assist and escort group operations.
• Able and willing to work 5 days on weekdays, weekends and/or holidays.
• Good country knowledge; tourist destination, hotels, restaurants and suppliers.
• Able to work independently with high attention to details and exceptional customer service orientation, communication, organizational, operational skills. 

• Be the first contact person on arrival.
• Involve in all operational tasks on the ground.
• Accompany the group from arrival until departure from destination.
• Work close together with the Tour Leader and solve problems on spot.
• Maintain a good relation and cooperation with the tour guides of ICS.
• Work in a designated team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with administrative tasks (register process of clients).
• Take photos of group activities.
• Report to Account Manager after each group.
• Sell optional tours provided by company.
