•  Manage all technology services for IT
•  Reporting to Head of Technology, Cambodia
•  Work on Risk Management and Business Continuity Planning

As a Manager for IT Service and Application Support, you will be managing all IT BAU works including End User Support, IT Asset Management, IT Procurement and Vendor Management, Software Licensing, Backup & Restore, Data Centre Operations, Performance Capacity Management, Availability Management, Preventive Maintenance, IT Release & Deployment, IT Change Management, Security patching and other IT operations. You will deliver outstanding IT services to all staff of over 14 branches, 100 ATMS and digital channels (via internet or mobile banking) by ensuring that service levels are achieved, user expectations are exceeded, ensuring continuous improvement of IT Operations, ensuring effective governance of technology service management and providing commentary on trends, risks and issues thru accurate analysis and reporting to management team. You will lead the recovery of system resources during Disaster Recovery or Business Continuity activities and provide commentary on trends, risks and issues as well as support people development and manage succession plan for the team.

•  Represent Cambodia Technology in project governance forums 
•  Reporting to Head of Technology or Manager, IT Project Delivery and Infrastructure
•  Work on IT projects and IT network infrastructure in Cambodia
•  Certified or Completed the formal training in Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Microsoft (MTA/MCSA), Red Hat Linux (RHCSA/RHCE), VMware (VCA/VCP), Check Point or ITIL will be an added advantage
•  Proven IT employment experience in private sectors at least 3-5 years and 2 years’ experience implementing or supporting IT projects
•  Experience with supporting a medium-to-large scale network and Data Centre Operations
•  Stakeholder Management, Multi-tasking and Data Analysis Skills
•  Solid exposure in recognized project management principles, methods, best practices, standards and procedures
•  Tertiary Qualifications in related field
•  Experience in supporting and implementing Core Banking, ATM Switching, Visa, Master, UPI, Swift, Credit Card System, Internet Banking, NBC Clearing House, NBC Fast Payment and NBC CSS as well as IT Programming, Enterprise Application Development, Database Administration or Project Implementation will be an added advantage
