• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or in any other related field
• At least 1 years of relevant business development experiences
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet challenging targets
• Experienced user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet and Email
• Good in both written and spoken English
• Honestly, good interpersonal skills and good team player

• Assist the Business Development team with other administrative tasks such as reporting and pitch preparation
• Research the market for identifying new business opportunities
• Respond to the client queries regarding the products in a timely fashion
• Assist in retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan
• Assist in development of business proposals for new and existing customers
• Assist in business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends
• Assist in determine cross-selling opportunities among different branches
• Assist in preparing and submitting formal business tenders and proposals
• Manage, update and build the contacts database through various channels
• Perform other task as assigned by the superior
