• Bachelor degree in Business related field is preferred
• Demonstrated related experiences will be added advantage
• Positive, independent and able to perform under limited support
• Demonstrated initiative, service, commitment and responsibility
• Possessed interest in analysis and problem solving
• Attention to details and accuracy

• Prepare and analyze user requirements, procedures and design workflows
• Coordinate system project scope with users and IT
• Prepare UAT plans and perform user acceptance testing
• Ensure the quality delivery of UAT or projects at agreed standard and schedule
• Assist in developing solutions, handle problems and enquiry raised by IT and end users
• Perform other tasks as required from time to time
