•University degree, preferably with an Accounting major and professional qualification (in progress).
•Sound understanding of accounting skills and working with auditors.
•Understanding of business processes and divisional business models. 
•Facilitation skills and ability to contribute to management discussions.
•Capacity to handle multiple requirements and prioritize to ensure best impact.
•Interpersonal skills to work with a range of different personalities and backgrounds.
•Financial literacy and understanding of financial standards.
•Working capital management and understanding of Financial KPI’s.
•Accounting, Tax, Financial modelling and IT knowledge.

•Facilitate the intercompany transaction with counter parties.
•Facilitate with external auditors.
•Highlight variances to Budget or Target and trends from P&L and project reporting.
•Maintain the account reconciliation.
•Identify improvement opportunities and ways to measure progress.
•Facilitate budget and forecasting process, ensuring consistency with group requirements.
•Partner with division to deliver analysis and insights that help them make better business decisions.
•Central communicate between operation and accounting & finance team.
•Perform other ad hoc takes to support decision process required by CEO, CFO and GM.
•Travel: where appropriate, spend up to 30% of time at the Division offices as part of the Division management team.
