• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or management.
• Minimum 10 years experience’s in managing security department.
• Knowledge of weapon and fire armed handling especially explosives, high level of ex-army or police is an advantage.
• 35 years old and above.
• Performance Management skills and Communication skills.
• Computer literacy with multi-program usage.
• Outstanding oral written English and Thai communication skills.
• Strong Planning skills.
• Must be tuff at all situation.
• Ability to work quickly and thoroughly when under pressure.
• Must be flexible and open to changes in procedures.

• Attend HOD meetings as the head of Department.
• Responsible for implementation of the company’s security policy and the efficient day to day operations of the development.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and also the moral of the department.
• Oversee the department of an ongoing education program for the various constituencies regarding information security including the nature of and rationale for new policies as they are developed.
• Provide for training on specific-security issues for various communities of Crown Casino.
• Monitor and assures that policies and procedures related to accuracy, integrity, confidentiality and security are followed by management and departmental personnel in the implementation and maintenance of service and safeguard.
• Develop customized security programs.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures.
• Conduct divisional needs assessments.
• Perform conflict management
• Investigate incident reports.
• Handle personnel issues.
• Always does the best to uphold the name and reputation of Company.
• Act with honesty, integrity and professionalism.
• All other duties as assigned.
