• Draft or produce documents, letter, briefing papers, reports and Presentations.
• Maintain President data management, documents and filling.
• Organize appointment and meeting schedule for President.
• Arrange and monitor the President’s daily, weekly and monthly calendar to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Act as general contact point for the President and greet President’s visitors.
• Receive, screen, summarize and prepare incoming requests, letters, reports and other documents for approval by President.
• Participate and record minute meeting, business related discussions and other similar activities between the group management and partners.
• Other duties assigned by President.
