Now we are seeking the qualified candidates for below position for Labo. MERSIFARMA.

• BBA of any course; preferable in Marketing field
• Minimum 2 years experience in management level and 3 years in professional experience in Sales marketing management fields
• Good spoken & written English and French language is an advantage
• Strong leadership and good business acumen
• Have strong marketing and analytical skill
• Well understanding of marketing strategy and penetration
• Experience with budgets and forecasting
• Proactive, challenging and creative idea to resolve the problem
• Strong business acumen and ability to work under tough conditions
• Experience medical doctor/pharmacist.
• Multi tasks and strong organization skills
• Pleasant personality, positive attitude & open-minded
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate – Ms Word, Excel, Power point, Internet and email

• MARKETING:
  • Develop a marketing plan or business plan for approval
  • Regular sales analysis and marketing program evaluation monthly or quarterly
  • Manage product forecasting and ensure consistent supply or maintain the minimum stock level requirement of the product
  • Manage and maintain product profitability based on the approved marketing budget
  • Deployment of sales target to the Marketing Team and ensure commitment of the team to deliver the projected sales
  • Conduct training on skills needed for the Marketing team and develop competency in the team
  • Align any sales plan to the Sales Department and trade marketing activities for business development
  • Manage internal communications and awareness of company's direction and activities such as internal memos, implementing memos, etc.
  • Initiate Distribution channel analysis and develop programs on REACH ,AVAILABILITY,DISTRIBUTION and PRESENCE
  • Initiates Marketing research projects; monitors & analyzes feedback/results
  • Follows up and monitors field implementation of programs initiated
  • Oversees the handling of marketing events
• SALES:
  • Responsible for the achievement of sales targets of Labo
  • Sales analysis, strategic planning and implementation of Sales plan monthly
  • Deployment of sales target to the Team and ensure commitment of the team to deliver the projected sales
  • Develop a plan and implement customer retention program and development
  • Manage internal communications and awareness of company's direction and activities such as internal memos, implementing memos,etc.
  • Determine and develop a plan for people development training to improve competency level of the department.
