L.M.M TRADING CO., LTD is one of the leading companies in distributing and marketing baby products in Cambodia. We have been working with international baby products companies to serve Cambodian babies with high quality products since 2001. Our products portfolio include some of the top selling baby brands in Cambodia, including Drypers baby diapers, NutriGold Infant and children formulas, Angel feeding bottles, Pierval Spring water, etc. Our products are distributed via various distribution channels from grocery retailers, wet markets, mini-marts, supermarkets, wholesalers, and sub-distributors in provinces.

Job Requirement :
  •  Minimum 2 years experience in sales or marketing management role in FMCG products;
  •  Proven leadership skills and a team player;
  •  Good problem solving, communication and negotiation skills;
  •  Good in business analysis; 
  •  Multi-tasking, attention to details, result-oriented, have sense of urgency;
  •  Pleasant and flexible personality, self-integrity;
  •  Able to work under pressure;
  •  Excellent in Ms. Excel and PowerPoint;
  •  English proficiency.
Job Duties :
  •  Lead sales, trade marketing and promoters teams in baby nutrition division;
  •  Develop sales and trade strategies to achieve business objectives with on-going review and analysis;
  •  Responsible for planning, recruitment, direction, organization, and coaching of sales and trade marketing team to achieve sales and distribution target;
  •  Plan trade marketing activities and lead trade marketing team to ensure good brand visibility in the market and execute consumers promotional activities to drive sales off-take;
  •  Work with in-house marketing team and creative agencies to plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns to achieve marketing and business objectives; 
  •  Regular field visit to ensure service effectiveness of sales and trade marketing team, and to identify and initiate corrective actions on issues adversely impacting sales and service performance;
  •  Regular field visit to build and maintain strong relationship with key customers;
  •  Collect and get up to date market and competitors information;
  •  Manage credit control; 
  •  Direct report to Sales and Marketing Director.
