Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE) is a non-profit organization, established at the end of 1995 in Cambodia, working to provide food, shelter, medical care, general education and vocational training to children needing support, e.g. underprivileged children; maltreated children; children living in poverty and children without any formal education in Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville and Siem Reap.
Currently PSE is providing help to more than 6,500 children, supporting around 3,000 children in public schools, 1,500 in the remedial education program, and 1,500 in the vocational training program. Around 500 children benefit from specific educational programs: classes for children with disability, day-care centers, infant welfare, etc.

• Minimum diploma from professional vocational school or bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant fields
• Pedagogy training is a plus
• Minimum two years of experience working in hospitality is desirable, but not required
• Professional sales and marketing experience
• Professional and well grooming
• Good command of English; French is a plus
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet, Email…)
• Be outgoing, sociable and team player
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Respect and support PSE’s values and mission as well as our school code of ethics

•  Promote and source advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press (local, regional, national, and specialist publication), on the radio and/or mass media about PSE School of Hospitality and Tourism.
•  Build and promote a social networking with related industries.
•  Manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters, and DVDs.
•  Collaborate with internal designer to design advertising tools.
•  Communicate and provide good customer services to clients and keep increasing sales target.
•  Plan, organize and conduct market research activities and guest satisfaction surveys.
•  Plan, develop and execute marketing plans and strategies in collaboration with Dean, School of Hospitality and Tourism.
•  Teach students in sales and marketing field as required.
•  Perform other duties assigned by the dean.
